Arden’s Powder supports a normal vaginal pH of 3.8-4.2. Arden’s powder is soothing as well as having powerful, refreshing astringent properties. Vaginal douching is not recommended during the menstrual period or during pregnancy.

Recommendations: 1 level teaspoon diluted in a pint of warm water. Douche once per day for 7 days or as directed by your health care professional.
Instructions: Insert indicated dose of Arden's Powder powder (or Herbal Douche) into Tiny Kit (small douche bag), fill with 1 cup warm water, shake around to mix, get in shower or over bidet, gently squeeze the bag to expel air. Holding squeezed, carefully insert the pipe into the vagina and squeeze until contents are empty. Squeeze the bag firmly, with moderate amount of pressure.
Do NOT douche if you are pregnant, think you might be pregnant, during your period, if you have vaginal bleeding or spotting. If use causes irritation discontinue and contact your health care provider. Douching does not prevent pregnancy, prevent or treat sexually transmitted diseases (STD's) or pelvic inflammation disease (PID) If you think you have an STD or PID contact your healthcare professional.
Warning: If pregnant, consult your physician before using this or any other product. Keep out of reach of children.

Not what i thought it would be

I had been suffering with recurrent bacterial vaginosis for a week when I began using this product. I would recommend tea tree suppositories over this product. It didn't do much for my symptoms. It did provide relief however, only for about one-two days. Then the symptoms returned stronger than ever. After speaking to my doctor, she said she never recommends douches so I discontinued my use.

I had chronic yeast infections for several years. I used prescription medications and practically every over the counter product and never had success. Arden's Powder has made my infections go away. I now use it several times a month and I haven't gotten one in about 6 months.
If you used Tricatine, you'll like this product.

I use this product as directed after finishing my menstrual cycle. It has never let me down and controls and virtually stops my recurrent BV. This product has been the only thing that has worked effectively.
