Other ingredients: gelatin, water, silicon dioxide, dicalcium phosphate,

detectable level of soy protein is present in soy phospholipids.

Suggested Dose: Take 1 packet daily with meals. You may take 1/2 the packet at breakfast and the other 1/2 at lunch or dinner. Since
this product is energizing to the brain, you may want to take it at least 5 hours before bed.
