Recommended intake: One serrated strip per day, containing one each of
the above tablet/capsules. Take with a large meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, it would be better to take these 4 pills in divided doses with several meals to lessen the possibility of stomach upset.

Yeasts are widespread microorganisms both as ingredients in food and drink manufacture and also as part of the billions of microbes which naturally live in our intestine, and which are beneficial to our health. Normally the population of yeasts in our intestine is kept under control by beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria—which is one reason why these are used in probiotic products.

Candida Problem

I have had a systemic candida infection since July 06. This happened because I used natural yeast killing products with no probiotic support for 1.5 years and then antibiotics for 2 years WITH probiotic support. I was left with a chronic infection. My nails peeled off all the time, I had sexual dysfunction (which no doctor wanted to talk about), and I was overweight with rashes everywhere. This product works very well but because of my advanced situation I had to go with using the HLC Intensive alone, which is working but very slowly. it is so nice to no longer use anti-inflammatories and too see my nails begin to grow again. I wished i had known about this product from the beginning as I would have been able to get the infection under control quickly. I hope this helps!

This worked awesome but i think that I have to order one more box (typical with candidasis). I feel so much better - I had itchy eyes for almost the whole month while taking this but after researching candida cleanses that is a common side effect - more proof to me that it was working also.
