Nutritional Guidance
Do you have questions on supplements, which ones we recommend for you, how to take them, interactions, or want a consultation?
We provide quick or in-depth consultations by email or phone, for existing clients, and those wishing to place an order concurrent with speaking to the nutritionist, as time allows between previously ordered consults. Yet, due to our high volume of demand, ordering a consultation on line will guarantee that you receive priority care, quick response time, and in-depth answers.
WHO Qualifies to Receive our Nutritional Guidance?
The mini consults are reserved for our existing clients or new clients who intend to purchase from us at the time they speak with the nutritionist. Please read more on our Consultations page.
You do NOT qualify for free support from us if you are purchasing, or intend to purchase your supplements from another health care practitioner. You will need to direct your questions to them and not us since you are under their care. We are NOT the manufacturer of any supplements we carry. We are a nutritionist support centered business.

For your initial 15 minutes, please call us 1.866.757.4500 x705 or email us your question to MyNutritionist@ RockwellNutrition.com (copy & paste address and remove the blank space. This is to prevent getting spam.) If you email us, please include your first and last name and let us know if you are writing from Canada.
When will the Nutritionist reply?
Please be patient for her response. If you need immediate assistance for non-nutrition related questions, you may contact our Customer Service (see above).
The nutritionist will return your call or email between 10am-6pm EST Monday - Thursday and Friday 10 - 1pm.
How Long Can I Speak to the Nutritionist?
Your phone conversation with the nutritionist is strictly limited to 15 minutes or less and should focus on product questions and guidance. Yet, you may order a consultation available in 15 min. increments to discuss your diet or other health issues. Thank you for your understanding!

*FSA Reimbursement* - As a service to our paying clients with flexible spending accounts, we will provide a letter of medical necessity for our clients who need certain supplements to improve their health conditions. Some flexible spending accounts will allow you to claim them if your supplements are medically necessary. Please inquire with our nutritionist if this would help you afford the supplements you need.
