Dairy-Ease is designed to substantially assist in the total digestion of dairy products. With concentrated levels of lactase, protease and lipase, all major components of dairy products are targeted. In addition, vegetable rennin is added to assist in the rapid coagulation of milk protein in the stomach. Dairy-Ease is appropriate for individuals who have difficulty digesting dairy products or who have lactose intolerance symptoms.
One capsule of Dairy- Ease is formulated to digest the following dairy product components within 2 hours in stomach conditions:

Lactose:
Lactase in Dairy-Ease digests equivalent to 1/4 pint milk

Milk proteins:
Proteases in Dairy-Ease digests 20g protein

Milk fats:
Lipases in Dairy-Ease digests 10g milk fats

Milk casein (protein):
Vegetable rennin in Dairy-Ease coagulates equivalent to 1 litre milk
