The fresh raw milk products are delicious (amazing milk, sour cream, butter, cottage cheese, Kefir), eggs, fermented foods, and grass-fed organic meat, chicken, turkey, etc.
The Organic Farm is a small, ethical, and owned by an Amish family. They are very reputable and trustworthy. The quality of their foods is far beyond the organic food in the health food store, and this is because their animals are kept healthy by being allowed to roam freely and feed on pasture and grasses (no grains). This gives better tasting dairy with a nice yellow color rich with vitamins and fat soluble vitamins (A, D, K, CLA). Read more about the farm by contacting Donna and joining the co-op.
