Recommended Dosage: Adults and Children (1 year and older): In a glass, add water to 1/3 teaspoon (1 g) and mix. Take once daily with a meal or as professionally directed.

3/30/2012 Ingredient Notice from Seroyal/Genestra regarding lactose, barley gluten and soy in the fermentation medium:

"We have been working to remove the allergens in the fermentation medium with great success. Lactose has been removed. Any lot number after 25322 has lactose free fermentation medium. We have also successfully removed gluten and soy from a research & development perspective. These allergen free fermentation mediums should be available soon."

These nutrients are digested by the micro-organisms during fermentation and further removed during centrifugation (after fermentation).

HLC powder has a sweet taste due their fructo-oligo-saccharides (FOS) content which ensure rapid establishment of the Lactobacilli in the upper small intestine and bifido bacteria in the lower small intestine. FOS is a naturally-occurring water-soluble fiber from fruit and vegetables which feeds the friendly intestinal bacteria. It also provides naturally-occurring beta-carotene from the whole freeze-dried apricot. The apricot is used for its soothing effect on the intestinal walls and also for its flavor.

Intensive Phase
Take 1/2 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon twice daily after meals for one month.
