The ingredients in this herbal douche help restore normal pH to the vagina, has a soothing effect, and kills off a variety of undesireable organisms including the ones present during BV and Candida infections.

Marshmallow (Althea organic)- soothes and protects irritated mucous membranes
Yarrow- local immune support, antiviral, squamous cell repair
Oregon grape- contains berberine which has antibacterial, anti-yeast, and immune enhancing effects on epithelial mucus membranes found in vagina. Antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans, coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and others.
Oregano (organic)- antibacterial and anti-candida with minimal effect on good flora. Healing to damaged skin cells.
Old man's beard (Usnea)- local immune suuport
Calendula (organic)- reduces inflammation, wound healing, and antiseptic. 
Thymus essential oil
Apple Cider Vinegar (organic)- normalizes vaginal pH and soothes irritations from yeast or other imbalances.

Ingredients:
Yarrow, Oregon grape, Oregano, Old man's beard, Calendula in a base of organic apple cider vinegar.

Suggested Use:
Shake well.  Add 1 Tablespoon of the concentrate per 6 oz of warm water.

Instructions: Insert indicated dose of Herbal Douche (or Arden's Powder) into Tiny Kit (small douche bag), fill with 6oz. warm water, shake around to mix, get in shower or over bidet, gently squeeze the bag to expel air. Holding squeezed, carefully insert the pipe into the vagina and squeeze until contents are empty.  Squeeze the bag firmly, with moderate amount of pressure.

Warnings: Do not exceed listed dosage.  Keep out of the reach of children.  Do not use more than 2 times per day Do not use for more than 10 days.
