Omega-3 science and innovation leader Natural triglycerides Seroyal/Pharmax fish oils have only naturally enriched concentrated levels of EPA and DHA, avoiding the alcohol or chemical processes many fish oils undergo: conversion into ethyl esters (EPA and DHA bound to alcohol molecules); or further ethyl ester processing into reconstituted triglycerides (augmented configuration of EPA and DHA). NEO-3™: Enzymatic process to concentrate EPA & DHA Mimicking the natural digestive system, lipase enzymes are used to concentrate the levels of EPA and DHA (without alcohol or chemicals), separating the natural triglyercides which are then extracted, leavin the original fish oil with naturally enriched EPA and DHA. CRYO -3: Fractional super-cooling to concentrate EPA & DHA Fish oil gradually taken to very low temperatures enables accurate fractional crystallization or “precipitation” of saturated fatty acids. Once the solid fractions have been separated, the remaining liquid, containing unsaturated fatty acids in a natural triglyercide form, has an increased concentration ratio of EPA and DHA.
