Glandulars have been shown in recent studies to release their ‘actives’ into the system in an ‘inactive form’. These inactive hormones, peptides, etc. are then activated by specific enzymes. For years it was thought that our digestive systems would digest and destroy glandular proteins, peptides, enzymes, hormones, etc. This has been shown to be partially false.
