Research suggests that Lipoic Acid increases the need for Biotin by lowering levels of Biotin dependent enzymes. Thus Lipoic Acid should always be taken with biotin. Serving Size:  1 capsule
Each capsule contains:

• Lipoic acid.......100 mg
• Biotin.......500 mcg
• Taurine.......200 mg

Other Ingredients:  Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, water.

Recommended Use:  As a dietary supplement, take one or more capsules daily with meals or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Lipoic Acid is incredible, but I highly recommend you purchase the Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid form instead instead of this one since research shows that R-Lipoic is the form which fits into the receptors perfectly while regular Lipoic Acid only contains 50% of the correct form.
