Liquid mineral formulation of calcium & magnesium in either Vanilla or Mint flavor. A special hight speed blender is used in a unique process to produce this formula. Excellent for use in children, the elderly, and pre or post-menopausal women who may have trouble swallowing large tablets. Dairy free, well tolerated during pregnancy.

1 tbsp:
Calcium (carbonate) 600 mg
Magnesium (oxide) 300 mg
Vitamin D-2 100 i.u.ÿ
Boron (oxide) 250 mcg

Mint Flavor Other Ingredients:
Deionized water, glycerin, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, cellulose gum gel, methyl paraben, propyl paraben, spearmint oil (mentha spicata), peppermint oil (mentha piperita), herbal blend (ginger, fennel, horsetail, alfalfa).

Vanilla Flavor Other Ingredients:
Deionized water, Glycerin, Calcium carbonate, Magnesium oxide, Cellulose gum gel, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Ethyl Vanillin, D-2, Boron oxide.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take one to two tablespoons daily between meals or in the evening. Can also be used as an antacid.
