This new blend offers significant improvements in:
Taste
Texture (mouth feel
Ease of mixing
Pea protein has an excellent array of amino acids, including high levels of BCAAs (branched chain amino acids). It is particularly high in leucine, lysine, arginine, phenylalanine and tyrosine. It also has excellent digestibility (98%).
As pea protein has ACE inhibitory activity, it may have a positive effect on the maintenance of normal blood pressure levels. It has also been shown, in rat studies, to have a positive impact on total cholesterol and very low density lipoproteins (VLDL) by stimulating bile acid formation and excretion.
PaleoMeal™ DF (Dairy-free) is a dairy-free, hypoallergenic vegetable blend of pea and rice protein. It is an ideal alternative for patients with sensitivity to any of the components of milk. It is casein free, lactose free, and gluten free and offers the same comprehensive nutrient blend as the original PaleoMeal. Minerals and CLA, involved in sugar and insulin metabolism, have been added to this formula. These minerals are true chelates from Albion Advanced Nutrition. this pea and rice protein blend is very easily digested, and has an excellent amino acid profile.
This new protein blend is a true vegan protein which is easily digested and hypo-allergenic.

This is by far the best tasting protein powder I have ever used. Usually rice protein is very gritty tasting. This is smooth, I can use water, juice or anything. My test is water. If it's a great powder it tastes great in water. it does.

I enjoy the berry flavor and all of the nutrition that is packed into this shake. I make it daily. I usually add fresh and frozen fruit. But when I am low on my fruit supply at home, the shake still tastes very good.
I love the fact that this sweet shake has no impact on my blood sugar levels. All natural sweetners are included instead.
