| I break open the capsule & put 1 in each of my son's rice milks. I use 2 per day. Our homeopathic doctor recommended this product for our nonverbal autistic son. I've read about DHA and Omega 3 & 6 help the brain w/speech. |

| Great product. Bought hoping it would be small enough for my 8 yr old to wallow but he couldn't. Not a chewable. Says you can but it tastes aweful. Worked on the swallowing factor with the 8yr old and now he can so it is great! |

| I would be great if the GELS are smaller. My kid does not like to chew them are they are big to swallow. What I do is I cut them, take the liquid out and put it in juice.. |
