Recommended Use:
Menstruating: apply one pump onto skin once or twice daily during days 12-28 of cycle.
Pre-Menopausal: apply one pump morning and evening for two weeks per month, stopping a day or two before the expected period.
Menopausal: apply one pump morning and evening for 14 to 26 consecutive days each month.

Each full pump dispenses 25 mg of natural, bioidentical progesterone. Rotate area of application between upper chest, breasts, abdomen, hands, face, neck, inside of the arms, behind the knees, inner arms, and thighs. Rotating among the various sites will maximize absorption.
