RC Pre-Treatment Clarifier is a natural skin toner that helps to normalize the hydration level of the skin's uppermost layers opening receptors to amplify subsequent treatment formulas. Application:
3-4 pumps in morning or evening. 3-4 pumps onto a cotton pad or in palm and pat onto face after cleansing to tone and lift. Let dry or wipe with cotton ball. May be used during the day to set make-up or enjoy as a facial refresher.
