Seasonal allergies
Seasonal allergies affect a large portion of the population, and are caused by any number of allergens in our environment, including tree, flower and grass pollens- and can also include molds and dust mites.
Certain products, such as vitamin C, plant flavonoids, and quercetin may help to stabilize the cells in our body which secrete histamine. Histamine is the substance which causes the itchiness in the eyes and the runny nose when exposed to an allergen.
