Recommended usage
For optimal results, this product should be taken at the start of each meal; however, during or soon after the meal will still assist with digestion. Care should be taken to avoid direct enzyme contact with the mouth and throat (by continued eating or drinking) to avoid any irritation that may result from prolonged contact of enzymes with oral mucosa.

Dosing
Usually one to two capsules per meal for those 8 years old and up. We do not recommend consumption of more than 6 capsules per day taken in 2 capsule dosages per meal. 1/3 to ® the adult dosage is recommended for children under 8.

It has been suggested that a decrease of DPPIV could be the contributing factor to low levels of amino acid profiles seen in some individuals.
