Suggested use:
Insert one suppository 3-4 inches into the vagina, ideally at bedtime. Wearing a panty liner is suggested since leaking will accur as it will melt with body heat.

May be kept in freezer or fridge to allow suppository to harden for easier insertion. May melt above 70 degrees F.
