After my doctor advised that I should avoid all foods and supplements with copper, I almost gave up on finding a good daily supplement. Then, I discovered Pharmax FOUR PILLARS without Copper, Iron & Nickel. I have been taking this daily supplement for three months and I notice a distinct improvement in my stamina and overall feeling of health. I recommend it highly.

Conveniently packaged for life on the go! The four pills fulfill my daily supplemental needs. The quality of the product seems to be great, as it is a Pharmax product after all. If you were to by seperate bottles of each of the four pills you would probably save money on per day basis, but having them conveniently packaged is perfect for travel or keeping at work.
