Kelp fronds (Nereocystis luetkeana) 130 mg

Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) 120 mg

Bladderwrack fronds (Fucus vesiculosis) 56 mg

Standardized to full spectrum activity profile:
Iodine from seaweed 300 mcg

Other Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, lecithin, vegetable cellulose (capsule).

Recommended Use
