Recommended Use:
The dosage of Toxin Absorber varies depending on how you want to use it for your body.

First, its most common use is with our cleansing products. If you have visited the Colon Cleansing Kit you will know that we recommend taking Toxin Absorber five times a day with juices and no food for it to manifest its full potential as an absorbent agent of mucoid plaque. However, if taken with other cleansing products such as para cleanser formulas (see also the Para Cleansing Kit) or with our liver, kidney, lung etc. cleansing products, the dosage is once a night before bed.

Second, you can use it as a daily source of fiber to ensure colon regularity. You can either take it first thing in the morning instead of breakfast (we do not recommend skipping any meals if you are pregnant or for any reason weak), or even better, take at least 2 hours (if pregnant 3 hrs) after dinner and about an hour before bed.

How do I use Toxin Absorber?
Toxin Absorber is in the form of powder, and thus needs to be mixed with liquid. We highly recommend taking it with 8 oz of organic apple juice, since this makes it much more pleasant to drink. You can try taking it with water, but we have found it tastes much better and goes down smoother with apple juice. Apple juice also has its own cleansing powers and helps with the rejuvenation process. When you buy your juice, be sure it is made from organically grown apples so as not to introduce new toxins while cleansing.

The Toxin Absorber is able to absorb more than forty times its own weight in mucoid plaque stuck on the intestinal walls. It also has a mild laxative effect because it supplies the body with bulk fiber. However, in order for the Toxin Absorber to work you need to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.

For Chronic Constipation
Do our Colon Cleansing Kit (do "best" option as described in the user's guide), rebuild for a few weeks, and then follow with our Para Cleansing Kit and our Friendly Bacteria. After that, continue with taking 1-3 capsules of Digestive Stimulator an hour after dinner, and a bag of Toxin Absorber before bed as everyday laxatives for 8-12 months along with a colon health program that includes everyday exercise, water, and diet. After that, colon regularity should be established and no laxatives needed for regular bowel movements. If you want to put an end to chronic constipation, you can.

For Difficulty Digesting Foods
If you have difficulty digesting a specific meal, then use our Digestive Support (Caution: Do not use if you have ulcers).

Caution:
Taking this product without enough liquid may cause constipation.
Do not take in the presence of bowel obstruction or intestinal pain.
The ginger flavoured Toxin Absorber may increase the effect of blood thinner drugs.
If you take Toxin Absorber with any other formula, be sure to take the formula one hour before taking Toxin Absorber, so as to not interfere with absorption of the added formula.
Some people are sensitive to the dust of Toxin Absorber powder; if so, keep at arm's length or have another person mix the powder and apple juice for you.

Physical Symptoms traditionally associated with a toxic colon
All nutrition for the growth and repair of our bodies comes from the digested food moving along in the small intestines and being picked up by the blood. It is then brought directly to the liver, which further processes these food molecules into forms easily used by the cells of the body. However, there are many places this can go wrong:

1. if the food is not broken down small enough due to poor chewing or little or no teeth.
