Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) Research has supported the use of Eleuthero to increase physical and mental performance, withstand stress and boost immune functioning. The herb is listed in the German Commission E as an invigorating tonic for fatigue and to promote health. Eleuthero has demonstrated adaptogenic, cardiovascular, antiinflammatory and anti-oxidant properties and may also be of benefit when the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis is depleted, helping to address fatigue and adrenal fatigue.
Gotu kola (Hydrocotyle asiatica) Due to the presence of triterpines compounds (including asiaticoside), Gotu kola may assist collagen formation in bones, cartilage, blood vessels and connective tissue, thereby improving circulation. Research has also demonstrated the beneficial effect of Centella asiatica on memory, concentration and mental performance levels.
Olive (Olea europaea) In vitro studies have suggested that extracts of Olive Leaf may have immunomodulatory properties. Active constituents of Olea europea include flavonoids (beneficial anti-oxidant compounds found in fruits and vegetables). Studies have investigated the anti-oxidant properties of this herb
For Optimum Results
Some people may note improvements in energy level after one week. Those with chronic illnesses or very unhealthy lifestyles may take slightly longer to respond, but improvement should be apparent within 3-5 weeks.
