| I used these with the Vitamin A suppositories to make sure that everything was soothed before using the boric acid to cope with BV. They were a little difficult to insert without an applicator but were very healing. |

| I was mistreated and overtreated for yeast infections and BV for several months, which left my skin extremely irritated for several more months. I was miserable! I started taking Pharmax MindLinx supplements (for the L. crispatus strain) to help naturally get my vaginal pH back to normal, but I was still experiencing external skin irritation. I used these along with the Vitamin A suppositories internally for a week, and then continued to apply the vitamin E externally. This helped tremendously, and I''m finally back to normal. |

| I used this and the Vitamin A Suppositories together for a yeast infection before using the boric acid. They helped soothe the raw, irritated skin quite well. |
