Active Ingredients:

• Vitamin D3 2000 IU
• Vitamin K2 200 mcg

Inactive Ingredients: De-ionized Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Xylitol, MCT Oil (medium chain triglycerides), Natural Fruit Flavors, Phospholipids (soy), Rosemary Extract (Rosmarinus officinalis) (Leaf), Potassium Sorbate (as preservative) and Citric Acid.

Recommended Dosage:
Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement spray 2 times under tongue, hold for 20 seconds and then swallow. Consume 1 to 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Best when taken with a fat-containing meal.

Contains no salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, egg or shellfish.

Cautions and Interactions
Vitamin K2 may interact with anticoagulant medications; in addition, Vitamin E supplements may affect Vitamin K2 metabolism. Vitamin D3 should be used cautiously by those taking cardiac glycosides and anyone with hypercalcemia. If you are taking anticoagulant or any other pharmaceutical medications, high doses of supplemental Vitamin E, or if you have any bleeding disorder, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product.
