This high quality multivitamin supplies an optimal intake of key nutrients in a therapeutic dose. It includes the most important antioxidant vitamins such as B2, C, E, selenium, and lipoic acid.
Two capsules or tablets per day of this popular formula gives you a meaningful doses of B complex, and nutrients that are difficult to obtain in the typical daily diet, such as 400 IU of Vitamin E, 200 mcg of selenium,400 mcg of chromium, 500 mg Vitamin C and 800 mcg folic acid. I love these vitamens! It was so hard for me to remember to take vitamens before discovering these. Now all I do is take out 2 packets for a day! The convenience as well as the health benefits are not to be beat!
