Recommended Adult Dose: Take one capsule daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

This product has a high level of manganese (Manganese (manganese aspartate) 15 mg / capsule). Overall, well-conducted studies evaluating manganese as a monotherapy are lacking and most available studies do not have sufficient evidence regarding the safety or efficacy of manganese for any condition. Though this product has other helpful nutrients and is not a monotherapy, caution should still be advised for long-term use. Chronic exposure to excessive manganese levels may lead to a variety of psychiatric and motor disturbances, termed manganism, therefore this product should not be used for a long-term therapy without a doctor's supervision.

Recommended Dosage
