GPC Instagel works for me but must I take it indefinitely?
Q. Do I have to take GPC Insta-gel continuously? If not, for what approximate period? I thought it would be like a homeopathic, only having to take it for two or three weeks. I received fantastic results in the way I feel, but it is too expensive to take it indefinitely.

A.
Thank you for your question. GPC is a brain nutrient which becomes depleted as we age. It makes up a portion of the brain cells themselves, as well being a precursor to the neurotransmitter, acetyl-choline, which helps particularly with memory and mood on a daily basis. Taking it daily will have an immediate effect for many (like you), as well as a long-term benefit as it repletes the cellular structure of brain cells. It is not homeopathic, rather a nutrient which our bodies need in greater quantities, found in very few foods, except brain.

For cost savings, perhaps you would like to try GPC caps, by DFH - (1 or more per day, split doses)
These are gel caps versus free form gel. You may notl notice the same immediate benefit as from the instagel by Crayhon Research. Everyone is a bit different.
