A. As far as fibers are concerned, it seems that each person is unique in their response to the various types. Since you have found that (wheat) brans do not work well with you, I personally suggest you try a mixture of soluble and insoluble fiber such as Ultra Fiber Plus
A perfect accompanying product is the HLC High Potency Powder by Pharmax (which should be taken after meals). The HLC products by Pharmax are the highest quality ones I have ever used, with supporting scientific research on their viability and ability to colonize the GI.
If you have been diagnosed with Candida or feel it may be contributing to your constipation, consider adding in Pyloricin, which is an excellent herbal product which targets intestinal Candida.

- Eat 5-6 servings fibrous veggies daily (fresh green and red cabbage)

- Use fiber supplement such as PaleoFiber (mixture of soluble and insoluble fibers), in addition to meeting your vegetable goals. If you are on medications such as heart meds, advise your doctor before starting fiber.
