The protocol to accomplish better GI health and remove/reverse food allergies is:
- HLC Intensive Probiotics, by Pharmax: Take 1 capsule after each meal for 10 days. This will implant good bacteria into your system.
- HLC High Potency Probiotics, by Pharmax: After day 10 using HLC Intensive, switch to this formula to help grow out the implanted bacteria. Taking this ongoing 1/2 - 1 tsp daily after meals will create a safe and healthy bacterial balance. These bacteria become a part of your immune system, and allow you to break down and absorb nutrients for all body functions.
- Finest Pure Cod Liver Oil, by Pharmax: Take 1 Tbs. daily to reverse GI inflammation. Additional vitamins A and D also aid in tissue healing.
- GI Revive, by Designs for Health: Take 1 tsp mixed in water on an empty stomach (first thing in morning). This contains nutrients and herbs to heal the intestinal lining tissue.
