Q: For how long should I use the lozenges; I just found out I no longer have a vaginal yeast infection. I just stopped using the Yeast Arrest. Should I remain on a Candida diet?
A. You can discontinue the Boric Acid if you no longer have a vaginal yeast infection. However, we would recommend that you use it again right after your period as a maintenance program for the next 3 months. You can keep using the lozenges until your symptoms clear up and again after your period.
I would advise you to limit your sugar and dairy intake in order to limit the reoccurrence of the infection.
I would suggest that you use the HLC High Potency Probiotic Powder by Pharmax as a maintenance program.
