I note in your nutritional recommendations that the only fruits that are safe to eat are cranberries and lemons. What about dried fruit? and if lemons are alright, what about limes?
A. The shelf life of Candaclear is a couple months even without refrigeration. But they are easier to insert when they are cold or frozen since they melt with body heat. Your Candaclear product is still very much usable. You don't need to wait to have the "correct amount" of Candaclear boxes to start. You can start and stop using them without a problem since they are not like antibiotics. The sooner you start after noticing symptoms, the better.
Alli-cinn garlic will not interfere with any of the probiotics. To the contrary, they work really well together. But whenever possible, take them a few hours apart from each other. For example, take the Alli-cinn at the start of your meals and take the HLC Intensive probiotics a couple hours after eating. If you forget to space them out or it's more inconvenient to do so for you, it's no problem to take them together.
Dried fruit is not allowed as it does feed Candida, but limes are fine.
You mentioned you feel your BV returned since your last period. The protocol can be very effective without the Boric Acid. But you really should add in the Finest Pure Fish Oils for your immune system and inflammation in your vaginal canal, and the Intestinal Purifier to bind and remove the pathogenic bacteria. These products work synergistically with the HLC Intensive, HLC CandiClear, and Alli-Cinn.
