The Yeast Arrest Boric Acid and CandaClear suppositories are to be used on different days (alternating or a few consecutive days of each). i.e. 4+ days of Boric Acid, then 4+ days CandaClear suppositories. This is because the Boric Acid can kill off some of the good bacteria along with the bad ones and the yeast.
