What supplements should I take for Celiac disease?
Q. What supplements should I take for Celiac disease?

A.
FAs are great for Celiac Disease since they help reduce inflammation in the GI so that healing can occur. The dose of 1 Tablespoon per day is a good one for you.

The HMF probiotics are incredible. Every Celiac patient should be on them. They are the only human strains of beneficial bacteria available in the US (not dairy or animal strains which do not implant well in human GI), and they work incredibly well to heal repair the intestinal lining so that food is properly digested and absorbed. Taking probiotics long term helps heal leaky gut or permeations in the intestinal lining which cause food allergies and sensitivities to foods. Clients with casein or gluten intolerance sometimes find that after long term supplementation along with EFAs and other gut nutrients, they are able to tolerate these foods occasionally.
