Will either Alli-Cinn or Allicillin cause garlic breath or body odor?
Q. Will taking either Alli-Cinn by Pharmax or Allicillin by DFH cause me to have garlic breath or body odor?

A.
Taking either garlic product will typically not cause any odor, although it has happened very occasionally. The reason certain people have an odor from taking garlic capsules has to do with their liver's inability to break down the compound which causes the odor.

If you know you have a weak liver, this may happen to you. Only when your liver is not working properly will an odor result. In addition, while eating garlic produces an odor in most people's mouth (since it is broken down in there), taking these freeze dried forms allows the compound to break down in the gut instead of the mouth, thus most people never have even a trace of odor from taking the product.

Alli-Cinn by Pharmax—Natural Anti-Bacterial Anti-Yeast

Allicillin by Designs For Health (DFH)—caps or liquid
