My doctor recommends Seroyal products. Which one is best for Osteopenia?
Q. A doctor told me that Seroyal supplements are the best products to take. Which Seroyal supplements do you recommend for Osteopenia?

A. Seroyal is a great line of supplements. You were well advised by your practitioner.

For your Osteopenia and bone health concerns, I highly recommend you get your Vitamin D levels checked via the “25(OH)D assay”, not the 1,25(OH)2

Depending on how low your levels are, you may need to take a 2 month course of high levels of vitamin D3 (up to 50,000 IU) which is critical for absorption of minerals into the bones. You’ll need to purchase a straight Vitamin D3 product at your local health food store since Seroyal does not make one.

Once your Vitamin D levels are adequate, you will need to take a maintenance dose of 2,000 IU per day. But without adequate Vit D levels in your system, you will simply not absorb the mineral supplements you are consuming.

You can read more about the critical importance of Vitamin D on this page below including a book I highly recommend you read by Dr. Holick “The UV Advantage”. His groundbreaking research and discoveries on bone health are remarkable.

In addition, I recommend you use Multi Cal Mag Liquid by Genestra which contains Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D, and numerous minerals including copper for bone strength. (take 3 Tablespoons per day)

Or if you prefer tablets, Multi Cal Mag tablets, take 2 tablets twice daily.

I don’t recommend you use Magnelevures since it’s more of a nervous system support formula, not a bone support formula like the others I’ve listed.
