Is there really a difference between PaleoMeal and cheaper whey proteins?
Q. I was thinking about trying the Paleomeal by DFH, is there really a difference between the Paleomeal by DFH and the cheap whey proteins? I also add Flaxseed to the smothies but I hate the way it feels, I saw that the Paleomeal already have flaxseed as an ingredient, so if I use the paleomeal can I forget about adding the flaxseed right?

A. Yes, there is a real difference between Paleomeal whey protein and the cheaper varieties at Walmart and other stores. Paleomeal is unprocessed and biologically active which means it has many health benefits like boosting your immune system and healing your intestines. Also, this whey protein is better absorbed by the body and becomes building blocks for your muscles helping you with endurance. You may notice more energy and for longer periods of time than when you use the other types of protein. More importantly, by strengthening your immune system, you are improving every aspect of your health.

Although there are already some ground flaxseeds in Paleomeal, it is not enough to count as your sole source of dietary Omega 3s but it does give you a little fiber. Everyone should be taking an Essential Fatty Acid supplement such as Omega Synergy Fish Oil capsules (purity tested) take 1-2 per day, or ΒΌ cup of ground flaxseeds per day to get a good daily dose of your Omega 3s.

The re-orders on Paleomeal are incredible. It has been my #1 seller for 5 years now and clients keep coming back for more, especially after comparing with other brands.
