Q. Is TFE formula only good for menopause or PMS symptoms-breakouts, bloating, sore breasts, cramps, blood clots, heavy periods, as well?
A. You may find some nice benefits to using TFE formula since it is a general tonic for the female reproductive system. It is not necessarily more for menopausal women, but instead it supports the healthy functioning of the female organs. Thus, it may help your PMS symptoms. You’ll have to take it for 1-3 months in order to get the full benefit of the product. This is because natural supplements are gentle and take a little time to really get into your system and nourish/support your organs.
For your symptoms, you may also want to consider Omega 3 Fish Oils. They will make a huge difference in your PMS, blood clots, cramps, dry skin and hair, and possibly improve your breakouts. They have helped me and my clients tremendously.
I usually recommend the Super EFA Liquid 1 Tablepoon per day for 1 month, and then a maintenance dose of 1 tsp per day. This oil has absolutely no fishy smell or taste, but it is oily, so you can either take it off the spoon and chase it down with something, or mix it into applesauce, yogurt, or a smoothie. It’s worth it to get it down since the benefits are noticeable within the first week. An incredible product. If you absolutely can’t take the oil, then you can take the capsules but you’ll have to swallow 6 capsules per day.
Don’t settle for inferior grade fish oils in the stores. It must have quality control testing behind it like Genestra’s does.
