Q. My Naturopath recommended HMF Powder for suspected yeast, Candida and flora balance. Is constipation one of the sides effects of the HMF Powder?
A. I've been using and recommending HMF probiotics for over 4 years, and I have never heard of constipation as a reaction to taking the product. Quite the opposite seems to be true as HMF Powder is often indicated for constipation. Please do let us know if you get this reaction since we have not had a client mention this.
