Testing to see if you have parasites
Q. Since I came back from Japan a number of years ago I have some indication that I might have parasites. How do I check to be sure that I have them?

A. If you want to know for sure that you still have parasites, then I would recommend doing a stool analysis. The lab we work with has a Parasitology Profile you can do at home then have Fed Ex pick up your sample to deliver to Metametrix Labs. The cost for this test is $95.00. It tests for Entamoeba histolytica, Giardia, Cryptosporidia, plus many others.

They also offer a Microbial Ecology Profile (which includes Parasitology), which also tests for fungi/yeast and bad bacteria. The cost for this test is $204.00.

Please contact us for details on ordering these tests.
