Dioscorea Cream provides a pure source of 100% organic wild yam extract which has been shown to stimulate progesterone production, and thereby assisting with hormonal imbalances during puberty, pregnancy and menopause. Progesterone deficiency leads to unopposed estrogen and it can harm cellular electrolytes by flushing essential minerals such as magnesium, zinc and potassium, while elevating cellular copper levels. Dioscorea Cream is indicated for fetal brain development; for the maintenance of the overall energy level during pregnancy, postpartum depression and dysmenorrhea; and for symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome and menopause, including edema, irritability, weight gain, fibroids, breast tenderness, hot flashes, anxiety, vaginal dryness and depression.
Recommended Dosage Adults: 1/4 to 3/4 teaspoon, according to indications. Massage Dioscorea Cream into soft tissue areas, such as breasts, under arms, inner arms or thighs, wrist area or abdomen. Apply to a new area each day on a four day rotation to avoid saturation of fat cells. Menopause: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, two times daily from day 15 to 28 of the calendar month, for four months. Repeat as necessary. Prevention of osteoporosis: 1/4 teaspoon daily from day 15 to 28 of the menstrual cycle, for four months. Repeat as necessary. Premenstrual syndrome: 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon, two times daily from day 15 to 28 of the menstrual cycle, for four months. Repeat as necessary. Rheumatoid arthritis: Apply 1/4 teaspoon into painful or swollen joints. Prenatal: 1/4 teaspoon daily throughout the entire pregnancy. Children under 12: For premenstrual syndrome, 1/4 teaspoon two times daily from day 15 to 28 of the menstrual cycle for four months. Repeat as necessary. After my historectomy my doctor put me on anti-depressants for my mood problems but after seeing a naturopath she recommended this cream. Its really amazing I've been able to discontinue the antidepressants with all the side effects and the cream is keeping me healthy and happy! This product is truly a life changer!!!

My husband and I have been trying to concieve for quite some time now and have been working with a Naturopathic doctor to improve our odds each month. I started using this cream during the luteal phase of my cycle since mine is so short. This is the first month I've used it and have been very pleased thus far.
