1000 mg Fresh Equivalent Other ingredients: Flaxseed oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water Recommended Adult Dose: Take one capsule two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. | I have heard very good things about this product from someone about how it can kill off viruses. I am hoping this will do the same with yeast as well. |

| Excellent product. Has killed cold viruses here, along with yeast issues in the gut. Awesome immune booster. I highly recommend this product for anyone with immune issues or yeast issues. |
