This is a great alternative to suppositories. However, it was a little difficult to 'squeeze' out of the tube especially when cold.

It's a great product. Doesn't have to be refrigerated to stay effective. I recommend it.
A relief, just keep it in the fridge

This product isn't a cure, but it is very helpful. Too much of it is kind of stingy, but in small amounts I found it very relieving.
I was keeping in the fridge, but accidentally left the tube out one day for about 9-10 hours while I was at work. After that, the cream's effectiveness was about halved. Nevertheless, I plan on re-ordering it!
