- Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) Root 115 mg
- Uva-ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) Leaf 110 mg
Other ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate Recommended Adult Dose: Take one capsule three times daily away from meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Notice: Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain or diarrhea. Consult a health care provider prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing a baby. Discontinue use in the event of diarrhea or watery stools. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for long-term use. | This is product I have used for several. I can honestly say that I have tried NOT using it many times and each time after a couple month, felt tired & overall ugly. I seem to have more inertia behind me when I take this on a regular basis. |
