| This is a great supplement that is easily absorbed. The tast isn't great but the B vitamins work wonders on your energy levels. |

| I purchased 2 bottles and I could never get used to the flavor. It is too strong and too sweet. I didn't notice any improvement with my energy levels. It was recommended that I take 2 teaspoons instead of one. This did improve my energy level. However, due to the flavor, I would not purchae this item again. |

| My doctor prescribed this for me in 2003. Even though she's not practicing in my area anymore, I'm still taking it! I don't want to be without my B vitamins. |

| product tastes disgustingly sweet but it helps me with pms. i'm very irritable during my period and pre but with liquid B my mood remains stable. it's quite amazing only a tsp a day can do this... |

| My doctor prescribed and after a few days definitely felt a difference in my energy level, not to mention general health. Highly recommend, never mind the taste that is sweet like cherry, don't know what I would have done without this. |

| Wasn''t sure I believed all the hype on how important the B vitamins are - but now that I found a brand I feel good about taking and am taking it on a regular basis, I feel sooooooooomuch better! Calmer and yet have more energy at the same time! |
