Mag Cal Plus provides aspartic acid chelated magnesium and calcium in a 3:2 ratio to specifically assist and promote relaxation, and the smooth functioning of the musculo-skeletal and cardiovascular systems. Magnesium enhances calcium absorption, ensures deposition in skeletal tissue and helps to support the nervous system through proper muscle relaxation and nerve conduction. Muscle cramping may be caused by a high level of calcium molecules in the muscle. Magnesium acts in conjunction with other cellular mechanisms to remove excess calcium from muscle and restore it to a more relaxed state. Mag Cal Plus will provide relief from insomnia by promoting relaxation and sleep, especially during periods of prolonged stress, and is indicated in conditions such as hypertension, mental stress, nervousness, fatigue, muscle cramps and spasms; and for periodontal disease.

Recommended Adult Dose: Take one tablet three times daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
