I chose these vitamins because I am very familiar with the brand (my ND recommends Genestra). I have no complaints, except for the LOW calcium and potassium in the vitamin.

I was looking for a non synthetic form and fouund Rockwell meets my needs. I will know more once I have CBC Bllood Workup done as to know the absorption into my system.. In the meantime I am rating them 5 star because of their non synthetic nature.
