OSG Osteoveg provides a unique combination of non-animal calcium along with magnesium and synergistic nutrients, specifically formulated to assist vegetarians and vegans to build and maintain a strong musculo-skeletal system and healthy bones. Studies show that skeletal and connective tissues require adequate amounts of absorbable calcium, magnesium and trace minerals to ensure proper bone and tooth formation, and to ensure proper nerve conduction and energy production. Development and retention of dense bone mass are enhanced by a diet high in vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds.

- Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 100 mg
- Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 75 IU
- Calcium (calcium carbonate/ 200 mg
ascorbate/ aspartate) - Magnesium (magnesium oxide/ citrate) 100 mg
- Manganese (manganese aspartate) 10 mg
- Vanadium (vanadium Krebs ♦ complex) 15 mcg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, silica, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, shellac Recommended Adult Dose: Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
