Uriseptic Tea promotes normal healthy kidney and bladder function.
Ingredients:
Bag #1: Althea (Marshmallow), Arctostaphylos (Uva ursi) Bag #2: Urtica Dioca (Nettles), Plantago (Plaintain), Taraxacum Leaf (Dandelion) Directions: Boil one cup of water in a covered kettle. Turn the burner to simmer. Add 1 heaping table spoon of Bag 1 to water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn the burner off and add one heaping table spoon of bag 2. Cover and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and drink, as is or add a bit of honey.
