Sepia Plex Menopausal Symptoms.
Sepia Plex contains synergistic homeopathic remedies known for their specific ability to relieve perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms by balancing the hormonal system. Studies indicate that diminished levels of estrogen increase the likelihood of cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and vaginal atrophy. Acute: Ten drops three to six times daily, according to severity of symptoms.
Chronic: Ten drops three to four times daily.

| Sepia Plex is such a relief. Bye bye hot flashes. All I can say is, "Ahhhhh". I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 due to the clumsy delivery system, but it's still worth every cent. |

| I was having severe hot flashes. My homeopathic practioner advised me to try Sepia Plex. Within 2 weeks the flashes were becoming very brief and their intensity was subsiding. I am still taking it ( a year later- different dosage) and plan to do so until my practioner and I decide I no longer need that support. I am so happy I have found this particular remedy with such great results. |

| used this product for seven weeks; experienced decrease in both intensity and frequency of hot flashes. slept better and drier as a result. product also seems to have a calming effect on nervous system (bonus). have waited a couple weeks before re-ordering to see if symptoms reappear. they have. time to order more sepiaplex! works for me. |

| This product helps to balance my hormones after a hysterectomy. It has pretty much eliminated hot flashes and helps with balancing mood. Seroyal is a brand recommended by my doctor and I trust that brand. |
